OKAY, I have a huge dilemma. I have no idea what to do.
My mum has been offered a guest-lecturer position on the Queen Mary 2, the world's biggest (and newest) ocean liner in the world from June 8th to June 15th. It's sailing from NEW YORK to LONDRES and she can take a guest (ie moi). oh my god, how fucking amazing, how awesome....but hold on a cotton-pickin' second isn't that when GRAD is? Oh yes.
SO, do I miss grad and go on the most fabulous boat ever invented or do I take part in the once-in-a-lifetime experience of my own graduation?
Thinking points for this one:
- My mama is definitely going on the ship, so my grad would be sans maman anyway.
- Seth Cohen didn't miss his prom
- The Olsens did
- I went to prom once already
- The boat is legally Britain so I can drink on it. And there's a champagne lounge and nightclub on board.
- I'll miss a week of school
- It's GRAD
