It is seriously tangy!
I've only tried the Atlanta brand, maybe there is some variation. I still had some bananas, I mixed that with honey (seems to be popular in combination with the greek yogurt) and fresh raspberries. Together, scrumptious but if I don't have fruit around it will be difficult to consume the yogurt all by itself. I can see why greek yogurt is a component of tzatziki. I do not think cucumbers are in season and yet I want to buy some and make my own tzatziki. MmmMM, falafels will be had soon!
Oh, and I bet greek yogurt will be a nice alternative to sour cream in a baked potato.
So the next goal on my food agenda, a dessert that is not necessarily fruit, that is healthy, inexpensive and doesn't require many additions or ingredients.
