Eco-friendly Endeavor
I've been a vegetarian for years and consistent recycle-r for the last three.
Supporting fair trade, biodiversity, organics, cruelty free products and living on my crappy income is not about to be easy.
For example, just trying to figure out if the cows that produce the dairy products I typically consume are corn or grass fed is proving to be a huge obstacle.
I can never comfortably eat at a restaurant again.
I do not want to work for a restaurant anymore.
Just as with the jewelry trade, the more I learn about the industry the more ethical concerns surface.
