(no subject)
because of a found-friend (who matt and i adopted) at "the cave" last night, i have aquired some photos.
and i'm sharing.
this one is my favourite.
yes we are both singing. i'm actually surprised we're not blurry because i know i was flailing real good.
i end up covering my mouth in photos when i don't trust myself not to make a stupid face.
THIS IS THE NEW FLASK.
very important. very pink. very overpriced.
not very full of rum anymore.
the guy in the white looked strangely like alex from across the room.
he also danced wildly. found-friend jess called him 'elijah'.
EDIT: also sometime around this point, "blister in the sun" came on and, naturally, everyone went wild. our little ever-morphing crowd made a circle and rocked out with lame hand motions and kicks. then there's that part in the song where it goes very quiet and whispery... so we all got down low with the jazzy hands and whispered. at one point, when we clearly -thought- it was time for the loud part to come back, we all jumped up and started yelling loudly again. of course, to our surprise, it wasn't time for the loud part. this of course lead to much laughing.
matty: "no, don't worry! no one noticed!"
yeah. they so did.

she's in journalism so we're going to be school friends, i think.
we both look pretty worn-out and drunk here.
i didn't really -need- to be held up, but i was very tired.
that's our other friend roger on the right. i met him at 'queen of hearts', and he found me in the bar cause he complimented my outfit. then we remembered each other.
and then we rode the vomit comet home, and no one vomited. and i didn't fall asleep, and a creepy guy was yelling right by my house, but we were safe. and matt turned on the tv to a very weird video. the last thing i heard was "the video was tool".........
