failtastic.
YouTube deleted my account this afternoon. I think it was some time between 3pm and 4pm as my last message came just before 3pm and I got home at just after 4pm. I only just got the notification saying why - it was my Brittany/Santana vid that I posted six months ago. It was my third strike (the other two strikes I got a couple of years ago and were for vids that I have since removed) and so my account is gone. All my friends, all my subscribers, all my wonderful, wonderful comments. Gone. I had nearly 500,000 views on my vids in total, and some of my videos had over 100,000 views each. I'm absolutely devastated about it, but I've decided to try not to let it get me down too much.
I've been thinking for a while about removing some of my older videos that I'm embarrassed about now, so maybe this will be a fresh start for me. I've already created a new account, whispersunreal, as they deleted my backup account as well, and some of my subbers have already found me, plus I've had some very supportive messages and tweets. So thank you for that.
I'm going to be reuploading my videos over the course of this week, but I won't repost them to LJ until the weekend, maybe. Maybe I'll just post one from each fandom with links to the rest, I don't know. However, if there are any videos that you'd like me to repost as soon as possible drop me a comment and I'll prioritise them over the others.
