Hope a Little Harder - Jane/Maura [Rizzoli and Isles]
This is going to be a weird post. Just warning you now!
So basically this is my video for the R&I End of Year Exchange. I know I'm super early, but I'm going on holiday on Sunday with negligible internet access and I have an exam on Friday. So.
I absolutely adore this song - it's my very favourite by Amy Kuney (go to her channel and listen to her music, you won't regret it!) and she gave me permission to vid to it. I included quite a few manips in this video - and I haven't manipped for ages and ages so I hope it turns out OK. This is also the first time in ages that I have vidded to an actual storyline! I think it's fairly self-explanatory but if you want me to explain it I will :)
This video is for ifitsalright // Starling310. Because I fail at life, I couldn't make the prompts I was given into a fic, but I figured that since you also wanted a fanvid that this would be OK! So I really really hope you like it :)
I also want to take this moment to thank everyone who responded to my thread at the Holiday Love Meme - I was totally blown away by all your lovely comments. I actually teared up. I am so grateful for you all ♥

ALSO, UNDER THE CUT IS MY REACTION, IN GIF FORM, TO SOME THINGS THAT HAVE HAPPENED LATELY:
First. ZAC AND VANESSA BROKE UP. I CAN'T EVEN DEAL WITH THIS. I have shipped them since before I knew what shipping was! That's five years of my life!! I found out yesterday and I legit cried. First I was like this:

Now I just feel sad. I'm hoping that this is one of those breakups where it's just temporary to see if they want to be together permanently. My little heart is broken. I told my mum and she was actually surprisingly sympathetic, even though I know that she doesn't really care that much about them. It's like the Week of Celebrity Breakups though - ONTD has basically exploded :/
Anyway, today was my final day at my GP placement and it was basically a feedback session. The GP who was ~training me read through my pieces (an applied case essay on antibiotic prescribing and a story about a patient we saw who had had IVF - AND I GOT TO HOLD HER ADORABLE BABY) and she was so pleased! She said they were both excellent and after she read my story I am like 99% sure she was tearing up. I CAN'T EVEN DEAL. And she says I have flair and will be an excellent doctor! AND MOST AWESOME PART OF ALL:
She's nominating me for a university prize!!! :D :D :D I mean, it's unlikely that I'm going to win, BUT STILL.
