oh man, crazy past couple of days.
Thursday: Went to the limespider for the Gil Mantera show with Matt and cassie. HAHA, what an awesome show. 20goto10 opened up, and they were rad, sounds like adult mixed with ladytron. Stylex...that band fuckin killed me, i wasn't expecting that. It was totaly like a harder hot hot heat type deal, but harder and synthier. And Gil Mantera's party dream- hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha. They came out wearing spandex and some sweet 80's white jackets. They were just having their own dance party on stage, dancin around. Okay, so somehow gil mantera (AKA Cookie Clown) lights his pubic hair on fire, and then strips down to his thong, that was a unicorn. HAHA. oh man. insanity i tell you.
Friday: Starcrossed show at the orange street. IT was a lot of fun. Central avenue breakdown played first, they were pretty damn good...especially for being 15 and all. Sesame street core. haha or whatever. Then this one band from columbus played, i forget their name, something about like "between the devil and the sea" or who knows. They were sooo awesome, really godspeedish, nice and chilled. Sweetheart was next-> fun. And then starcrossed went on, i love that band, i wish more people would have danced. New songs were sweet.
Man, today was my first day working. It wasn't bad at all...at all. Stevie trained me and this other new guy, and we just ushered. 30 minute break = me seeing some more Mean Girls. God, i love that movie. And...Garfield looks like the worst movie ever. ick. I think tomorrow i'll probably start concessions though, oh well.
