no love for hockey
So I watched a re-run of the espy's and realized that there was no award that gave any love to hockey. The only refernce to hockey was the detroit red wings nominated for best team, and rick nash for a very good goal for best play. It is painfully obvious to me that the professional world has less and less interest in the world of hockey. But I dont understand why. This sport is the most amazing sport known to human kind. Non stop action and play where hitting players is not only allowed, but its gloified. Plaers play with stiches regurally if you going to leave the game you better not be able to skate. This game isnt just amazing but its passionate. Time after time, day after day, there is no sport that embodies the competitive spirit more then hockey does. More then anything else is it embodies team more then anything else. I would challenge anyone to find a way to prove that the stantley cup is not the hardest trophy to win. it needs to be october now....i need hockey....
