i have been feeling so crazy and strange lately. i think that maybe it is because i am always crazy. but lately its been extra bad. like i am always so down and i feel like i am such a problem to other people. i used to think i was helpful and now i feel like such a pain in the ass. i wish i could give everyone a hug. and then i would go cry
