Well, I'm back from Poland and London and so forth. It was incredible. Seriously amazing. I had the best time ever and, gosh, yes. Poland. Yes. I had the best time ever drinking severely inexpensive piwo (beer) a large amount. And eating out every day. Hmm. I've had two weeks off-plan and, to be honest, I feel pretty disgusted with myself. Or I did, yesterday, and a little this morning. However, I don't regret letting go in Poland. I had a wonderful, wonderful time.

My motivation to be healthy and brilliant again has been rubbish, though. Today I'm back on plan and, yeah, I went running and it sucked so much. I managed maybe 25 minutes and it was just hellishly bad. I hated it. Maybe it was because I was listening to Emily Haines' latest and that's hardly bouncy running music. Hmm... oh well, it's done now. Tomorrow I am hoping to go swimming with my mum. I also want to start serious strength-training. Like a lot of it to sort of 'build myself up' fast. I don't want to be like a female body-builder, but I feel like really going for it. The harder I work, the faster I'll get there, and then maintain. Etc etc.

I've read a few pages of my f-list but it's way too much to keep up on. I'd love it if any of you told me how you've been/what you've been up to the last two weeks and catch me up. I hope you're all doing fantastically fantastic.

I am NOT weighing myself until official weigh-in on Monday!! No way!! :P
