Mrs. Beard makes me eloquent

Really, she does. I always use really really big words and a fancy style when writing papers, etc, in her class. I'm hesitant to say that I write better in her class than in others, because that'd be ridiculous. (Although, I never write anything in any other class...so maybe it's true.) It's amazing how much I hate that woman. I only use big words because I want her to not be able to understand my papers so she feels inferior. Today was wonderful with Sarah Turner and Jen. I actually rather like Sarah; she's just as cynical as we are. Mrs. Beard's face looks like a rat that lost a fight with a blender. And her voice is like a frog with a sore throat. Gah. On the upside, we never do anything in that class, and it's fun to just hang out in the library for 80 minutes every other day. Buuuut the college paper's over soon, so it's back to the classroom!

I had a great day today. Well, not really. I had a great gym class. My gym class is terrible -- how could it not be? Steve Clark and Brad Reeser are both in there with me. Aside from them, the rest of the people in the class are a bunch of Russian (and a few American) misogynists. We played Frisbee today, which was exciting because that's the only organized sport I can stand. I was the only girl on my team, and the whole first five or ten minutes we were playing, everyone was yelling "Don't throw it to a GIRL! Girls can't catch!" Soooo I just had to make an amazing flying leap catch and knock a kid out of the way to prove my worth. It worked, though - by the end of the class, my team (and a couple people from other teams) had dubbed me MVP. Sam Sussman and Brad Reeser actually went up to Mr. Krautzel at the end of class to tell him that I was their MVP, and did he see my amazing catch? Yep, gym class was great. For the first time ever. Next class we're back to dodgeball, or, "Kill Olivia" as it's known among the elites (Viv and me).

My house went on sale on Saturday, but it's not actually going to be shown to people until this Friday. That means I have until Wednesday night to thoroughly clean both Geoff's and my room. My dad's hiring some carpet cleaner guy to come Thursday morning to clean. Because I'm just that gross and dirty. Everything's going to be so weird in a couple months... I'm not going to have this house in Boothwyn anymore! I'll be living solely in New York and Virginia... and then OREGON. Weird. I try not to think about it too much.

On a different note, I found the limericks Sam and I had written on a paper bag oh so long ago. We were some crazy eighth graders.

On an even different note... I'm in the mood for new music. If you'd make me a CD with your favorite songs, or songs you think I'd like, I'd love you forever.
