I've just finished hp6... and wow. I mean, what can you say to that book? It was amazing. Pure amazing. I don't think I've ever read a book that I more enjoyed than that.

my opinion on things in the book... so I guess one could call them spoilers )

yea, well I do what I can.

Well when I first saw R.A.B. I thought that it had to be a Black immediately. A friend of mine had thought the same thing, but she knew which one - Regulus, Sirius's brother.

I guess he could be. That makes sense sort of, but I don't think so. What I think is that Dumbledore was right. If harry is any of the Horcruxes I would have to say that he was the one that was something of Gryffindor's (I'll explain later), but I don't think so. I think the big surprise is going to be the sword.

HA! YES! I have been waiting for some one to believe that he's a bad guy so that I can show them how they're wrong. If you missed it Dumbledore pleaded with Snape. He was pleading for Snape to go through with the plan and kill him. He begged Snape to do it.And Snape had to do it or he would die as he had taken the unbreakable vow. It was the only way to save Malfoy and to keep his man on the inside of Voldemort's operation. Dumbledore would gladly sacrafice himself for any of his students. He knew that he had to die and he wanted Snape to do it. Better to die at the hands of a friend than at the hands of an enemy. That whole Snape chapter in the beginning. I didn't buy any of it. It all seemed like a big act. He was doing what Dumbledore had told him to do. I predict that in the next book we will find out much about Snape's past and about the pasts of the potters. We will see why he felt so much remorse about sending them to their graves. He was a talented Occlumens, but it is still a stretch to me that he could fool Dumbledore. I don't think it is as much of a stretch to believe that he could fool Voldemort or the other teachers at Hogwarts. No to mention Harry. I believe that Snape has more in common with Harry than we know. Besides the unwavering level of faith and trust Dumbledore had in Snape is not to be forgotten. Dumbledore never fully trusted Voldemort. He gave him a chance, but he was always wary. Voldemort could fool the staff of Hogwarts, even the guy in charge at the time, but not Dumbledore. Who did he ask for in his worst hour? Snape. This not only shows his trust in Snape, but also that Snape has helped Dumbledore before. Probably even save his life when the incident that killed Dumbledore's hand occurred.

Dumbledore did not just accept death, but he welcomed it. He knew it was coming and worked out exactly how it would happen.

Dumbledore is not completely gone. I believe that he has left things behind to guide Harry. Not to mention the painting in his old office can answer a question or two. But I also believe there will be more than that. What, I'm not sure. But I am positive that we haven't heard the last of him.

Well it points out Tonks' love for Lupin rather blatently. It's hard to miss.

I didn't notice that, but it may be true. I mean there is a lot more action now and a lot more seriousness. A lot more to talk about. Not to mention their pewrsonal lives becoming more interesting. I mean think about your personal life at age 11 as compared to age 15 and 16. Big difference isn't it?
