Oh, if only I knew the key to sing to make you mine
Today and yesterday I layed out in the sun in my parents' backyard. I over induldged a little and am an unnatural shade of red. The worst part is that the bottom right corner of my face refuses to get any color, and is a pasty white. I don't know what that's about.
Also today I woke up late for work--4:50 AM! I got there at like 5:25 AM. Only to find out that I didn't actually have work today. I do however have to open tomorrow and Friday. It was embarassing. But a relief to not be 25 minutes late. (But mostly embarassing.)
Also today I finished reading a cool new book: Johannes Cabal the Necromancer. It's about a guy who sells his soul to the devil to discover the secret to life after death, but then decides he wants it back. So he makes a new deal with the devil to collect 100 souls in replace of his in one year with the aid of a traveling carnival. For the most part it's a super dark comedy... But it also gets really serious at times. It's awesome.
