Actually, I decided to try to submit "Applying His Methods" to Alfred Hitchcock Mystery Magazine, with plan b) being EQMM and plans c) through z) being whatever markets I can find in my Writer's Market book (circa 2007 but probably still pretty accurate.)
anyway, I got the story edited to my satisfaction and then looked up the required format and I went to print it . . . and discovered my printer is completely dry. *headdesk*
so I've got a little more time to polish up the cover letter. snerk.
