Paul will be taking some time off from teaching. His office hours are over (there's a notice to that effect on his door), and so he might be reticent to discuss anything that is class-related. He probably will be seen spending time with Cathy (possibly taking her out on a pic-nic), and Zillah (who seems to need friendly company these days).
Otherwise, he'll be reading under a tree when it's sunny and trying his hand at pottery when it rains. The latter, he's doing in utter secrecy, because it is absolutely disastrous. People in his close guard might be led to wonder what he's doing locked up in that room, actually...
