Hi,
I live in the UK and for the life of me I can't seem to find buttermilk, am I being utterly blind or is it called something else here or does in fact not exist the UK.
I have a few recipees I want to try but they call for buttermilk, what would be a good substitute for it as I've never made used a recipee that has called for it before.
