(no subject)
I just finished moving out of the house. I have to admit, I am really sad. Living here has definitely made this summer more interesting than I could ever have expected. It took A LOT of hard work moving out too. No offense to the boys, but I got no help whatsoever. I am exhausted. I've been at Alpha Xi all week for 8-10 hour days in between all the packing. It's hot and its been raining and I'm feeling like Im doing it pretty much all on my own, so that dosen't make me very happy. But thankfully Nikki helped last night by driving Matts truck at 4 in the morning back and forth to Ambers. And the room here at the house is lookin pretty wonderful. I scrubbed and vacuumed and left it spotless. Hopefully there will be no complaints.
I'll be residing at Alpha Xi until I get to move into my appt. on the 19th. Im really excited. I hope my family comes up to help move and see the new place. I could use the help.
Recruitment starts this week. I am excited for the new girls to come through. I am not excited for the long days. The next two days I have to be there early and late to help set up and get things situated. Im going to miss not being able to spend time at Kappa Sig for the next week, but things round here have changed. A couple people know what Im talking about. Sad to say that I probably wont be here as much as last year, but like so many people have said before... it happens every year, girls come and spend time and then they go. I'll be around sometimes, and they all have my number.
