Hello All! Apparently I'm on a very Ron/Hermione mood lately because this is my second drabble for them in a week! It's been quite a while since that's happened....
Title: Heading Out of the Cold

Author's Note: This is a missing moment from Deathly Hallows. It takes place the night after Ron comes back, the night before they go to see Mr. Lovegood.
He volunteers to take the late watch - it’s only fair, and he’s happy to do it. Leaving them...how could I?
She sneaks up behind him, placing a blanket on his shoulders. “You must be cold.” She sits beside him.
“Thanks,” he says, but he sees she’s shivering too, and so he lifts his arm up behind her, inviting her in. She snuggles in close, and her head sinks to his chest. He’s sure she’s crying.
“Don’t ever leave again.”
“Never,” he says, and he’s sure the warmth in his heart is enough to keep them both safe from the cold.
