Sweet Distraction
As a way of distracting myself from writing a paper, I've written a new drabble. R/Hr this time around, the theme's fear.
Title: A Parent's Worse Nightmare

Author's Note: Guest appearance by Rose who has just finished her 7th year at Hogwarts.
Ron didn’t even have time to feel. He heard his daughter scream and was up running up the stairs, wand out, in milliseconds. Hermione was at his heels, face white as parchment. She was barely able to get “Rose” out of her mouth before her daughter’s bedroom door was blown open by her husband.
The scene inside was more than either parent was prepared to handle. The cold fear both had experienced was quickly replaced with horror…or in Ron’s case, white hot anger.
“Rosie!” Ron practically roared as Hermione gasped.
“Dad!” Rose shrieked.
“Mr. and Mrs. Weasley,” Scorpius Malfoy whimpered.
