...*coughs* Sorry XD It's just that I've suddenly discovered it's nerve-wrecking to try to write fic for someone else's chars, especially RP chars that they do amazingly well. So I was all *nibble knuckles and wait anxiously for reaction*. I am unbelievably glad you like it -- I've been writing it in my head ever since I saw your request and I have to say, this is the one that I think that I did the best on. Maybe partly 'cause it's my Seto so I know that I have a good handle on him.

I can imagine! One of the many reasons I've yet to grow the balls to attempt to write Darksideshipping. Since DU! is my canon as far as Varon's character goes and I hate Yami except for Savior's, I'd have to use theirs explicitly. o.o And I don't write nearly as well as either of them do, so how can I expect to manage? XD

I've never thought of Seto/Noa much, not beyond VS mentioning it and the tidbits of DU and other such things, but oh my xD

I just really like the flow of all of it and the comparison to childhood and "now" and then the mention/repeat of Kaiba's and their stubbornness and everythingthat goes along with it.

*exhales with relief* I've liked it for ages and somehow, they're being brothers in DU doesn't bother me in the least. XD Though it was fun trying to work that into the fic without overemphasizing the 'incest' angle or making it seem like it was just for the kink value.

And I had too much fun picturing them as children. It would be way too entertaining to just write a whole series of incidents of when they were kids. Plus, dude, they SO look alike. Really. How could I have not brought that up? XD
