Oh my God!!! A shout-out in your author's note! I'm so flipping flattered and honoured. Although I accept no responsibility for this, because this is so much better and dreamier than I anticipated. I love the MQR dynamic and I actually really loved how it was Judy who was most willing to accept things. I kind of pictured Mike's parents taking the longest to warm to things.

Now that I read this, I decided this is going to be my post S3 headcanon. I'm loathing the show lately, but reading this, I feel like MQR is actually feasible. I so want to believe.

My husband and I are both full Korean, and while I think my babies are gorgeous, I've NEVER in my life seen an ugly hapa baby. NEVER. A lot of my friends who are Asian have married Caucasian partners and are FINALLY starting to have kids, and so I kind of pictured each of the children based on stuff like 'okay, Aaron is blonde and Steph's Chinese so Joshua's hair is this color'

Ahh. And I so loved the interactions between the chlidren in this, too. It felt so realistic. My girls have had similar tea parties, although my girls' parties devolve into crying and accusations of stealing, not murder. Although they do occasionally dress up as pirates.

Anyway. This was so beautiful and I want this to be REALITY.

Although it would be even more awesome if Lea Michele, Dianna Agron and Harry Shum Jr had a bunch of cute babies together.

Also, I think my favourite Mike moment in this is when he described himself as just "okay" looking because it felt so in character. Like, so humble when he is so stunningly attractive

The show is atrocious and I've completely gone into the land of fic to cope lol. I am 100% convinced that ugly hapa babies can't exist. They simply can't! And I would pay money for them all to procreate with one another. The mental image I have of their children are simply gorgeous. (I'd also pay money to have Harry's babies)
