I've always believed that about myself, here.

There was a heat wave, and then a terrible fire. Everything burned to the ground, but... It rained, and a few days later, one morning, it was suddenly back to normal.

That's pretty much all it is. You've only been gone here for...I'm not sure. I lost track of the time. It couldn't have been more than a month.
