Love is…
Yoochun had to get to work and Jaejoong said he’s going to go out again. He doesn’t know where but he’ll be back in time to make them dinner. Jaejoong took out the kimchi jiggae he made last night and put it in a box for Yoochun to take to work because he feels strongly against fast food unless it’s cup ramen.
Jaejoong feels odd standing at the door, waiting for Yoochun to put on his shoes and get out of the house. He feels like he’s his mom bringing his dad his briefcase and wallet.
“You know, I’m thinking I’ll do some course at a local university or something,” Jaejoong said.
Yoochun nodded. “That’s good, Jae. I’ll get the info you need on my way back to work.”
“Ah, you’re such a good little dongsaeng. My mom’s going to love you, you know.”
“As her son-in-law?”
Yoochun held the serious face for a second and then laughed. “Kidding,” he said, seeing Jaejoong’s face after that comment.
Yoochun was about to leave when Jaejoong’s phone rang. The vibrations sounded abounded almost irritating to Yoochun who waited for Jaejoong to pick it up. Jaejoong looked at the screen and then looked back at Yoochun.
“Him?” Yoochun asked.
Jaejoong nodded slowly, frowning.
Yoochun exhaled, walked up to Jaejoong and kissed him lightly. Jaejoong just blinked and Yoochun’s lips were suddenly gone.
“Do what you really want, Jae. You don’t want to have to regret anything in life. Trust me on this,” Yoochun said.
He made a phone sign with his hands and brought it to his ear. “Do it,” he mouthed before he left, saying he was going to be late for work.
Yoochun got out of the house and he heard the phone stop ringing. A soft ‘yoboseyo’ followed. He sighed and continued down the elevator.
He hated feeling like this. It was better when he had those drunken one night stands where all he would be left with was a hangover and a dull pain in his lower back. Yoochun was sensitive in many ways that he didn’t want to admit yet.
He didn’t know how but he ended up in front of Changmin’s door after a drive through the city, in front of his office building and then back again. Changmin went to work around two hours after Yoochun so he knew he would be home and awake.
Yoochun waved to the guard standing at the bottom of the building and he let Yoochun in. The guard was used to Yoochun coming over at any time of day or night. Yoochun said he should just get his own key but after the incident with him walking in while Junsu was giving Changmin head, Changmin just refused.
The hallway to the seventh floor was the only one that had the ugly flower print wallpaper that Yoochun hated. And it definitely didn’t make him feel better than Changmin took 15 minutes to open the door.
“What’s wrong with you?” Yoochun said as he pushed Changmin aside and flopped on his couch. “How long does it take to open the damn door?”
“Who spit in your coffee this morning?” Junsu said, yawning and stretching as he made his way into the living room wearing just boxers. He put his head on Changmin’s lap and stretched himself out on the sofa a little.
By the touching that was happening and the dark circles under Changmin’s eyes, Yoochun could tell some serious fucking went on last night. Usually, he would tease until Junsu spilled every detail despite Changmin’s pleas to stop talking about his birthmark or how long he lasts. But he didn’t feel like it this morning.
“You gonna eat?” Changmin asked.
Yoochun shook his head and said, “I ate already.”
“You know, you smell like you have kimchi jiggae on you.”
“Freak,” Yoochun said, laughing a little, “it’s in the car. Your super smelling senses never fail to creep me out.”
“Only when it’s awesome food. Seriously, Jae is an amazing cook.”
“Yeah, yeah. He’s amazing.” Yoochun rolled his eyes and sighed.
“Oh, he spit in your coffee this morning,” Junsu said, rolling over on his side to face Yoochun.
“God.”
“What happened, dude?” Changmin said. He took the liberty to keep his hand close to Junsu’s mouth just in case he said anything else that would remotely piss Yoochun off. He knew Yoochun’s mood and especially his sensitivity.
“Yunho called him and he’s probably going to go and have sex with him.”
Junsu laughed and Changmin smacked him. “Start from the beginning please.”
“We shared life stories and I found out he wanted the no strings thing because he loved someone else, not because he just didn’t want to love.”
“And it’s bothering you that he’s going to leave you?”
Yoochun looked away.
“So, are you admitting you love him?” Changmin asked, eyebrows raised. He couldn’t help but act like Junsu in this matter. Even though he knew that Yoochun could get seriously hurt in this situation.
“No way. I’ve just really gotten used to his cock in my ass.”
Junsu looked at Changmin and shook his head as if saying ‘god help this boy’.
“You probably told him to talk to Yunho though right? The last time I checked with Jae, he sorta hated him,” Junsu said.
“But I could tell, Su. He needs to do this. He needs to just find it out for himself once and for all what he really wants.” Yoochun played with the seams of his shirt.
“So you sent him to get his heart broken again.”
“No. We agreed that if Yunho called, it meant that he cares, even if just a little bit. Why are you guys nagging on me?”
“We’re not. We’re just saying that you love him and if you told him, he would stay. He’s just like that,” Junsu said matter-of-factly.
“I don’t love him and even if I did, I wouldn’t want him to stay because he felt sorry for me.”
“But you want to love him, it’s written all over your face,” Changmin said, “and besides, this Yunho character seems kind of iffy to me.”
Yoochun scoffed. “I don’t love him. I got to get to work.”
Junsu grabbed at his wrist and pulled him down to eye level.
“Yoochun, kiss me.”
Changmin’s jaw hit the floor. “Su, wha-?”
“Shh, Minnie-ah.” Junsu turned back to Yoochun. “You always wanted a threesome right? Kiss me and you got it.”
Yoochun looked from Changmin to Junsu. Suddenly, Changmin had a knowing smirk on his face and to Yoochun’s surprise, he said, “Do it, Yoochun, just forget everything and join us. We love you already.”
Yoochun cleared his throat. “Really?”
“Yes, really.”
Junsu giggled and brought his face closer to Yoochun so he was breathing on his lips. Yoochun bit his bottom lip for just a second before leaning in closer. He wanted this for so long. He was two inches away from Junsu when Jaejoong’s face popped up in his mind. Jae was going to cook for him tonight.
Damn.
He pulled away.
“He won’t be able to either, Yoochun,” Junsu said, smiling and going back to Changmin’s lap.
“Alright, you proved your point.”
Changmin and Junsu both knew he wouldn’t say it out loud just for not giving them the satisfaction of being right about it but they knew he knew he loved him. Or wanted to love him. Either way, with Yunho in the picture, he was screwed.
