Otherwise life is busy. Got a thesis advisor, working on Juvenile Plumage in Caspian Terns. Goine on Ecology field trips roxxors. Black and White photography is that sort of pleasant time-eating monster. Chemistry WILL be the death of me. x_x Trying to eat better and maintain a reasonable life schedule. Put the general emotional rollercoasters of life aside an all that. Things are well.
Oh I should mention that my Grandpa passed away last week. I went to Omaha for a quick family reunion and ceremony. Full of tears and laughter and the true healing of 30+ immediate family members. Good to see everyone again. While g-pa and I will never be close, even in death, it was good to get a better appreciation of him and say goodbyes. I got his "adventure hat", which I wear in the field. Such a good hat! Full of personality and I'm glad to wear it proudly.
