"He'll wake up tomorrow, on Tuesday, Dean, and it will happen again." The Trickster is laughing in Dean's ear, tracing circles on Dean's bloodied arms. "And again and again until he saves you." Dean closes his eyes.

Crowley knows when he's left this plane of existance. He leaves a proper dark chocolate candy bar on the ashes, and breathes a sigh of relief minutes later when Gabriel opens his eyes.
"You know I hate dark chocolate." He tells Crowley, accusingly, but Crowley just smiles.
