I usually write something at the year end, and this year is no exception.
The first photo of the year, was this one of Big Ben and the fabulous fireworks in London on the stoke of midnight. Wish I'd been there as the atmosphere is tremendous, but a shot of the TV screen had to suffice.

A hen party is the female equivalent of a stag night. It seems that you have to dress up in some kind of fancy dress, usually involving fishnet tights or a nurses uniform, get very drunk with your girlfriends, and throw up in the back of a stretch limo. Why brides feel the need to do this I've never been sure, but it seems like it's a relatively recent phenomenon. Making the most of freedom?
I am glad if I can inspire anyone to take pictures, so I hope you manage to do the 365. Some days I didn't want to, but I forced myself to take a picture of something. Then after a while it becomes a part of your day. I am never bored if I have a camera on me, as there is always something to photograph. I don't feel good or amazing. When I look at other people's photos , I feel fairly inadequate and never feel I will really be any good, but thanks :)
