Hermione Granger is well known for being The Boy Who Lived, Harry Potter's, best friend. She's the top of her class. She's helped Potter take down Voldemort multiple times! Because of all that, no one has ever questioned that Hermione Granger is the brilliant Muggleborn she claims to be.

Shocking evidence has surfaced that indicates that Ms. Granger may not be who she claims to be. "Hermione Granger is actually a boggart," said one Tom M. Riddle. "She's an outlaw boggart, one might say."
According to Mr. Riddle, Ms. Granger is actually a boggart in her natural, un-shifted form. "She has a small magical device embedded in her skin that keeps her from changing shape. It is located somewhere in the upper torso, I believe. At any time, she could deactivate it and begin to change shape, causing terror among the masses. We know she's a secret weapon, but we don't know whose," says Riddle.
