Okay, so my criminal exam is on Tuesday and Torts is on Friday. If you have any hypotheticals that involve: general principals of punishment, criminal statute interpretation, levels of guilt, homicide, rape, mistakes, causation, defenses to crimes, civil assault, civil battery, false imprisonment, trespass, intentional infliction of emotional distress, negligence, causation, landowner liability, vicarious liability or strict liability, please post your question here and I will try to answer over the next few days. It will be great practice for me and may be entertaining. The more bizarre your hypothetical, the better! Make them detailed and crazy.
Oh, yeah. I had my civil procedure exam on Friday. So, if, by chance, you had any burning questions about whether you could sue in federal court or whether a particular state would have territorial jurisdiction over your case, I apologize :)
