I went to the UL today. I've been meaning to go for ages because I should see it and then yesterday I found that one of the books on my reading list was only located in the medical library and in the UL. Are you still at Newnham? You list poi in your interests yet I never see anyone else apart from myself spinning poi in Newnham gardens :(

Yes I am. Though not for much longer. I haven't done any poi for ages, I really should. You may well see me out there after 10th June. Can you do a five beat weave?

Ah, you're a finalist too then? I find poi really helps me revise (it's useful to recite lists to)! I *think* I can do a five beat weave. I've always thought I can - it's just a normal weave with an extra bit on the end, right?! Only, I can never figure out exactly what's going on in the Home of Poi video...I'm still desperate to master the onehand butterfly though :(

Yes, I am also a finalist. I really should rescue my poi from my friend's house. He can do a one-handed butterfly, I can't. I can almost do a behind-the-back weave though! Home of poi is quite a good site in general though. How long have you been doing poi?
