The music in the booth is loud; it vibrates loud within his body and fills his mind until thinking becomes difficult - though then again, that could be mostly due to the alcohol anyway. Ryo is slumped over the couch and half over Yuu as he discusses something with the man in a slurred tone that denotes just how much he has drunk. Yamapi waves his hands in an exaggerate manner as he tries to explain something to JaeJoong in a weird mix of Japanese and Korean, though it doesn’t seem like the Korean man understands much of what his friend is saying by the way he just nods his head and stares at the small group of American people sitting across from them in the booth and talking in a rushed, slang filled English.
Jin lets his sight bore around the booth, taking in the faces of his friends, his familiar voices and the many languages he recognizes - whether he understands them or not - and feels a smile tugging on the corners of his lips. But then Kusano manages to make the ping pong ball bounce straight into Jin’s vodka and Jin has to drink it in one go. The alcohol burns his throat and Jin laughs in a roar as the world spins around him. It feels real.
