My wrists are doing much better. I stayed away from the keyboard for all non-work related typing for about a week. I'm still living on Advil and icing them every night but I don't wake up in pain anymore, so I call that a sign of improvement.
I've gone back to writing now, carefully doling out the time I'm allowing myself. I don't know if I'll be able to keep up with the same posting pace that I have been, but at least I'm still able to do something.
