(Reluctant) Spring Cleaning.
Ugh, nothing puts me in a worse mood than having to list my books on Half.com to make much-needed money. (Stupid economy. I'd much rather work the graveyard shift at a gas station, but no one's hiring. And I was told by the second book store in a row that I'm 'over qualified' to work there. I have so much education I can no longer get a job. AWESOME.) Anyway, I have an entire plastic tub worth of books to sell eventually, but for now I'm listing them 15 at a time. Since many of you share reading interests with me, I thought I'd mention it here ~ if you're interested in any of them, let me know and I'll link you to the sale page. They're all in great condition, include a mix of paperbacks and hardbacks, and are all fiction (except for Will Self's Junk Story, which is a collection of editorials.) Authors include Clive Barker, Neil Gaiman, Will Self, Jeff Shaara, and there's some of my much coveted and long hoarded Arthurian legend collection in there, too. I'd honestly recommend all of them.

At the moment, I have listed The Boondock Saints, Alexander: Director's Cut, Finding Neverland, Garden State, and the Collector's Edition of Gods and Monsters. Some of the covers have slight wear issues, but all the discs are unscratched and in excellent condition.
And finally, I'm looking for a community to sell some of my manga, anime DVDs, and Jrock merchandise (including CDs, DVDs, and magazines.) Does anyone know of a place? I haven't had a chance to search yet. And would anyone be interested in such a thing here? I'm probably just going to create a sale page and then redirect any community posts there, but I'd give you guys first crack if you were interested. I haven't decided what I'm going to sell yet officially, but there will most likely be some X Japan, Gackt, Ayumi Hamasaki, the GazettE, and Acid Black Cherry things on offer, as well as anime figurines and DVDs and mint-condition manga books. Anyone interested? The only things I refuse to sell are my Kra merchandise, but most other artists will probably end up on the table at some point, depending on how desperate I get. There's also some CLAMP artbooks that I'm trying to talk myself into giving up -- gorgeous, all of them, and in fantastic condition.
*sighs* England cost more than I was expecting, since my sister brought hardly any money and I found myself having to support both of us the entire time. And I've just about made up my mind to move this coming fall and bail on grad school, but that creates all sorts of other money issues ...
On the plus side, at least I'll have less to pack. Right?
