Time to turn the tables...
So...this was espoused by the Liberals and Progressives many times during Bush's War. What is the Exit Strategy? Where is the Exit Strategy? Bush, admittedly, gave a half-hearted answer of, "we'll leave when we win." Or something to that effect. Not exactly the best Exit Strategy from a Military stand point...but, from a Patrotic stand point, its sound.
So...GM...Chrysler...President Obama has stated that the Government running them is a "temporary" situation. So, what is our Exit Strategy? Where is OUR Exit Strategy for this? Why did the President's men choose the ignore Bankruptcy Laws that have been in place to ignore the Bond Holders and give preferred treatment to the UAW? What does that do to future Bond Markets?
Is there any wonder why, when Tim Geithner went over to China and tried to persuade the Chinese that their investment in US Debt was ok, the Chinese students at Peking University laughed at him?
