1 bedroom with access to full bathroom in hallway plus parking space in Shoreline / North Seattle. Close to I-5. Nice clean house. One married couple, one roommate, and two cats also in residence. All are friendly and respectful. High speed wireless internet. Shopping one block away. Near Metro bus lines 73, 77, 308, 347, and 348. Shared spaces are livingroom, kitchen, and laundry room. Since the full bathroom is also used by house guests (both yours and ours) i'll help you keep it clean.
$400, utilities included, never goes up. You will need to pay for Cable TV if you want that however. No pets, no kids, no couples, must have income and pay rent, nothing illegal, no super loud whatever, must clean up after yourself in kitchen, living room, and laundry room.
