The central Marketplace is where you can get the most of your coin, though I must admit, a pretty face and smooth words can get you better deals any where! Here you can find standard and masterwork items to outfit any starting adventuring party.
House Kunderak - Armor Brokers
House Kundarak, the masters of defense and the bearers of the Mark of Warding. They run the local banks in Stormreach. Mostly comprised of dwarves, their workmanship shines not only in the form of fortifications, but also in armor.
House Deneith - Weapons Broker
Holders of the Mark of Sentinel. They breed superb military tacticians and the bravest warriors for hire. They know how to make keen weapons to sunder any enemy in two -- Though they say the keenest weapon of them all is a Deneith mercenary fighter.
House Jorasco - Clothing Brokers
The Jorasco halfling who bears of the Mark of Healing will never turn away anyone in need and with deep pockets of coin. This house also has the finest weavers of thread and enchantment in all of Stormreach. A word to the wise: you'll find their shops are mostly run by warforges of lesser ilk and are less then partial to nuances of haggling.
House Phiarlan - Jewelry Brokers
They hold the Mark of Shadow. The nimble elves of Phiarlan are known for their enthralling songs and heart filled poetry. They will always provide entertainment for anyone who can afford it. Rumors have it they also deal in espionage, but they will always politely deny it. The finest trinkets and baubles can be found on the necks and fingers of Phiarlan elves.
