Dinner a five spice pork chop and steamed edamame. The pork ended up a bit dry, but the spices were good. For a snack, I ate sliced apple with almond butter.
I wonder if my low energy also comes from not going to bed early. I often go to bed at around midnight and wake up at 7:30am. I'll try to go to bed at 11:30pm tonight.
Tonight, I went out shopping for Sig's lunches and mine. I found some natural hummus, wraps, cold cuts, cheese, and spicy ketchup. I also stocked up on organic frozen veggies, fresh fruits, and plane yogurt. I'll have to stop by the local veggie stand for more in season produce.
Today's Review
- Energy Level: Low - I was out and about all morning and didn't get back home until 1:30pm. I had some lunch and worked on the computer, but got very tired at around 3:30pm and had to take a nap for about 30 minutes.
- Hunger Level: Normal - I think i didn't feel much hunger because of I was busy today. I often felt very thirsty. Right now I'm feeling a bit peckish.
- Waste Ratio Today: 3 wasted vs 2 used - Ack! i found more rotting food in the veggie bins :(
- Quality Level: Normal - i've done my best to minimize the dish explosion in the sink, by simply washing my dishes right away or putting them into the dishwasher. Not sure how to handle the food splatter on the stove top
- Out/In Ratio Total: 1 out vs 5 in - This morning I had to eat out since i was in a rush for a meeting. I was just very glad that there was a whole foods option. So far my eating in total is still winning.
