Long Time No See, etc....
So, yes, a long time between postings. I'm still alive. That's a plus, right?
Yesterday, of course, being Valentine's Day. Last year, I believe I posted something along the lines of "Anyone who knows me reasonably well knows that I despise this holiday with a passion. I would remove it from the calendar entirely, if I could."
*uncomfortable laughter* Boy, what a difference 12 months (11 of which have been as a non-bachelor) can make, huh? Ha ha ha....
Yeah, seriously, all of you who, when I was feeling like that and being bitchy in years past, thanks for putting up with it. And feel free to laugh a bit next time we see each other. Karma's a butt-kicker, no doubt (but in a good way, this time!)
And along those lines--
Jessi Bavolack, I love you. Plain and simple. The past almost-year has been unbelieveably great, thanks largely to you. You've made me happier than I could ever have imagined being, and anything I might do for you is just a pale reflection of what you've done for me. I love you, dear. Here's to many, many more Valentine's Days together.

Anyway. Katsucon this weekend! WOO!!! Anime and Pocky and MERCHANDISING! My wallet is whimpering in anticipated emptiness already!
