I swear, it's like talking to a brick wall. 3x11 thoughts.

Oh show. You own me.

Sammy, I get all tingly when you take control like that.
  • They’re going to the bathroom together after all. And it’s CANON. ^-^

  • Dying’s an art. And Dean’s a professional.
Let's see: Shot. Run over. Flattened by a desk. Choked on sausage. Slipped in the shower. Food poisoning. Fried while shaving. Eaten by dog. Oh and one of my personal favorites, axed by Sammy.. Nice!

  • I totally dig your style, Mr Jeremy Carver!

  • In fact, I dig your angsty Sam even more. ♥ Please to be having more of that real soon.

  • Anybody else notice how Dean’s holding on to Sam’s jacket like he never wants to let go when he first dies at the Mystery Spot? It’s killing me. So is the look of guilt, and I’m sorry and FEAR on Dean’s face that moment. *sobs*

  • Loved the fact that it was Dean who kept up the reassurances that the future can be altered. We’ve come a long way since the indifferent Dean from earlier this season. I like it.

  • It’s a damn trickster. It’s the damn same trickster. Who would have thought?

  • ”This joke’s on you Sam.” *hugs Sammy real tight*

  • Speaking of Sam. He pwned this episode. Period. And Jared, you rocked real hard!

  • The moment Sam holds a bleeding Dean in that parking lot, closing his eyes so tightly and willing it all to be just another nightmare only to open them to the same sobering sight of his dead brother was so shattering. And for what? A wallet full of fake credit cards? Cruel world.

  • Frankly though, what made this episode for me was the glimpse of a Sam without his Dean. An empty man with nothing to lose. Cold, numb, obsessed and driven by a thirst for revenge that’s just scary. And this reckless fierceness - it was nothing if not believable in every of his actions or unexpected.

  • Oh Sam.

  • Bobby still rocks my socks. All those voice-mail messages he left for Sam made me ache so much for the guy.

  • Are those writers magnificent bastards or what? This ep was practically bursting at the seams with AHBL references. Oh and that made them only push that dagger so much deeper.

  • ”He’s my brother.”
The fact that both Sam and Dean use the same simple phrase (and really, there’s so much meaning to this one word) in order to justify their actions, however ruthless or stupid, makes it all so much more bittersweet.

  • As cruel as the trickster is in playing his games, he gave some good advise. But then, their weakness is their strength too, right? Still it leaves this bitter taste in my mouth and I don’t even want to think about who will have to let go whom first. *wibbles*

  • ”I just had a really weird dream.”
And he says it with the sadness of a beaten man. He’s so broken and it’s like this is moment he realizes that they won’t live forever. That what the loss of the other would do to the one left behind is something they wouldn't ever want to become.
Ruby's "everyone turns into something else" starts to take on a whole new meaning. The one of them in hell isn't the only one who's going to change into something else. Into something less human. And this is as tragic as it is frightening.

    He’s my brother.

    1. The guilty look on his face. *wibbles*

    2. Guh. *is in her bunk*

    3. D'awww. Soapy Dean is love.

    4. Oh boys.
