Yaaaaaaaaay! I finally found my fic! I read this one a loooong loooong time ago and it was awesome. Unfortunately, I lost the URL. I had been looking for it for quite some time and I had already given up the hope of reading it ever again. But, thanks to Luke (who linked me to a rather weird Draco fic), I found the site on which it was placed, and after a short search I was reunited with my dear ficcie!
It's a really good fic, it's got each and every one of my favourite ships in it (well, except for Fudge/Umbridge, I suppose) and it's got a good plot too.
