Happy May Fifth, everyone!
Tomorrow I have a big day, my first "weekend" since getting back from my vacation. A few months ago, my roommate's father invited me to go to ny state to the family cabin.
I'll be going to the dealer where I bought my car to get the 3,700 mile oil change @ 10am. Then i'll be embarking on an approximate 5 hour road trip to the adirondacks and hanging out (with my roommate, her husband, and her father... And frank, of course) until thursday. Just relax and enjoy wilderness.... Which is kind of funny since I normally don't handle 'wilderness' well, remember the snakes in the garden?
Five hours and I just bought new cds. Got the new portishead, two theivery corporation and one new gotan project. Gotan project cd is all tango and some hip-hop! Should make it for a nice ride through the mountains.
I promise to take pictures and eventually post them online! The sad thing is that I won't be getting much phone coverage or internet... So, if if any of you need to contact me, call my cell and leave voicemail!
