It is good to hear from you. And yes, Catholic church here too, in Germany, is navigating weird waters.. between lots of pedophilia scandals, lots of people leaving the church to protest about being outcasts when remarried after a divorce and not really knowing where to hang one's coat musically. I am lucky in that the church where I sing is a fairly conservative but peaceful one. Still, I so know about that backstabbing thing...!
