This is Renny Amy's first mini-album. Although they aren't anything amazing, I really like this for some reason. The vocals are really screamy for the most part, and it's typical VK, but it's catchy. Ryo's voice doesn't stand out too much, but the lyrics are definitely interesting. Bad pronunciation, but they get brownie points for trying. Also, the guitar work definitely adds major points for this band! Fans of 12012's older, harder stuff should like this mini-album.

Mr. Children! ♥ If you guys haven't heard of them, this is definitely a great album of their's to download. Obviously, it's relatively new, and fresh. I discovered Mr. Children by hearing フェイク on the purple SKY podcast. It wasn't until after hearing several of their albums that I found this one (It's newness is the only reason I'm uploading it, instead of an older album-to give you guys an up-to-date sample of what their music is like). They have a very interesting style and vocals, but all their songs just flow. Even if you guys like the harder stuff, I urge you to give this album a try for a change of pace. Highly recommended.

I KNOW, HOLY SHIT, AMERICAN MUSIC. Actually, a certain LiveJournal community introduced me to these guys, and they aren't half bad. I went to pick up something else from them besides what I have, and low and behold, a Japanese EP. So I extracted the files for you guys, and uploaded. I definitely like this performance better than the one you'll see below. It's a very soothing, very indies song. Pleasant to listen to, although...holy crap, the difference in stage presence between American and Japanese bands of ANY genre is mind-boggling. Either way, the guys sound quite okay live, and if you like mellow-ish American rock bands, definitely give this a try.

I don't know how I feel about this one. It is a good song, most definitely. But in this live...I don't know, it feels like they just did a half-ass job. The vocals aren't as strong, and the guitarist's weird motions kind of freak me out. xD Worth a view, anyway, though, don't let my nitpicking stop you. If you liked the first video, by all means, rabidly attack this one.
