I made butter! Oh, yes, I did! Just now. How did you do that?! I hear you all asking in awe. It was pretty tough. First, I skimmed the delectable cream from the delicious milk. Then I beat the crap out of it. Wahlah! Butter! I am so excited! Yes, I am this excited over butter!

In other kitchen counter-along-the-wall news, I started a batch of dill pickles and a batch of beets brewing in squint-your-eyes-tart kombucha. This is my first time fermenting in kombucha. I can't wait to see what happens.
