Getting by in customer service. Glad I do it in a call center and not in person, accepting that sometimes I'll get customers who can't get to the right web site because they CAN'T COMPREHEND that they put the web page name up THERE and not just in Google.

Also, I need to move soon to some other part of Portland, and I've had trouble getting over my personal inertia. I'll manage that somehow!
