The Mining and Smelting Company Intergeo announces the creation
of its Board of Directors
The Mining and Smelting Company Intergeo, who are responsible for the management of ONEXIM Group's geological survey assets, is pleased to announce that during its General Meeting the participants decided to set up a Board of Directors.
The following people will be the members of the Board of Directors:
* Leonid Drachevsky, Vice-President, Onexim Group - Chairman of the Board of Directors
* Dmitry Razumov, General Director, Onexim Group
* Maksim Finsky, General Director of Intergeo
* Grigory Potapov, First Deputy General Director, Intergeo
* Sergey Lyamin, Deputy General Director, Intergeo
About the Company
Mining and Smelting company Intergeo manages ONEXIM Group's geological survey assets. The main deposits of the company are concentrated in Siberia and North West Russia. According to internal forecasts the deposits and resources of the company are estimated at more than 15 mln tons of cooper, 9 ml tons of nickel, 1 mln tons of molybdenum, 750 tons of platinoids and 90 mln tons of titanium.
Leonid (Vadimovich) Drachevsky was born in 1942. He graduated from the Moscow University of Chemistry and Technology, which was named after Mendeleev in 1966. He graduated from the Central State Physical Education University in 1982. In 1993 he completed courses for
diplomatic managers at the Academy of Diplomacy of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He also has the status of the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador. Between 1998 and 2000 he worked as the Deputy of the Foreign Affairs Secretary of the Russian Federation, and
as a Russian Secretary for CIS Affairs. Between 2000 and 2004 he was the Plenipotentiary Representative of the Russian President in the Sibir Federal Okrug.
