It's the give-me-my-freedom(smoking) RANT!!!
They should lift the smoking ban and rework their protocol...
come ON people!!! Use your brains...
you should still have some of that in that head of yours.
There are other ways to deal with smoking health issues...
I would totally support the banning of smoking in restaurants and any other establishments that are underage.
Nothing is worse than smelling smoke while eating.
Also, kids under age are at those establishments.
We need not submit those, who have no choice, to smoke.
I believe that 21+clubs/bars should have the right to choose:
Smoking or Non
OR
WA could make it mandatory for 21+clubs/bars to have a smoking room.
(complete with plexiglass walls and a good ventilation system)

I have seen it at China Harbor! it works!
Now why didn't they think of that...hmmm, let's see...
cause they want to take away a freedom!
OK so the down side of that is,
business' would have to invest in remodeling...
but then ALL would be happy!!!!!
Might I remind that with this ban, if anyone is caught smoking,
the club is the main one to get fined...
then the person would get a citation...or BOTH!
That's twice the money going to where...cancer research???
