I present to you some interesting in-depth life questions. You don't have to answer all of them, but it's more fun ... It says here in the book, that to know-ones-self is better than to be ignorant. o.O...
Onwards~~~~.
1. For a person you loved deeply, would you be willing to move to a distant country -to be with them- knowing there would be little chance of seeing your friends or family again?
-----Yes, because right now, I'm not grounded where I am. I'm a fleeting butterfly, I could go anywhere I wanted. And how much better can you get :) If you fall in love with someone. However the expenses would be a tiny problem. But I can overcome that within time. ^_^
2. Do you believe in ghosts or evil spirits? WOuld you be willing to spend a night alone in a remote house that is supposedly haunted?
-----I believe in what I can not see, therefore naturally I am afriad... I do believe in ghosts, yet, for the life of me I NEVER want to see one... even Though some part of me does... Its a weird feeling I guess.
3. If you were to die this evening with no opportunity to communicate with anyone, what would you most regret not having told someone? Why haven't you told them yet?
-----Telling my grandmother on my biological father once-removed, that I love her, and that I'm sorry I never send any letters to her... And thats because I'm not much of a letter writer person. Also, I sort of regret not going to my grandfathers funeral when he died last year... But I was afraid I'd see him there. Eric, My biological father, and I just didn't want to go. So perhaps it wasn't really a regret.. Eh, whatever. Also when My grandpa Richard (mom's dad) died september 11th, I was in Florida and he was up here in Minnesota, I never got to say goodbye...
4. If you could spend one year in perfect happiness but afterward would remember nothing of the experience would you do so? If not, why not?*
-----Whats the point in having a year of happiness and not remembering it? All those memories you could have had... But I suppose, the natural human psychi (however thats spelled)usually remembers the more worse memories, the badder ones than the good ones, because we focus more of those in childhood anyways... But back to the point. I'd rather not, I'd rather be able to remember my memories... Therefore I can learn.
5. If a new medicine were developed that would cure arthritis but cause a fatal reaction in 1 percent of those who took it, would you want it to released to the public?
-----Sure why not. Arthritis sucks and hurts so bad, so either you don't want it, would rather die than commit to the pain anymore? Eh, old people in nursing homes are useless anyways.
6. You discover your wonderful one-year-old child is, because of a mixup at the hospital, not yours. WOuld you want to exchange the child to try to correct the mistake?
-----Wow... I-I---I don't really know what to say here... I mean, I thought that this was my child. And brought her/him up with utmost care, they know me as their mommy... and to just 'switch' babies when they're that young isn't really a fruitful thing to do... I'd say, I'd want to be closer to my fraternal baby, if possible y'know? because yeah...anyways..
7. Do you think the world will be a better or worse place 100 years from now?
-----In 30 years it will be a time of reckoning, but in a 100 years, we will all be better off. Hopefully...
8. Would you rather be a member of a world championship sports team or be the champion of an individual sport? Which sport would you choose?
-----Meh I don't care...
9. Would you accept $1,000,000 toleave the countr and never set foot in it again?*
-----Suuure, it could go along with question #1 :D.
10. Which gender do you think has it easier in our culture? Have you ever wished you were of the opposite sex?
-----Eh, we each have our ups and downs. One is better at something than the other. But in America, I think its about to where we are somewhat equal. Even though some woman have it easy if they have good looks, and men can practically get any job they'd want... But elsewhere in other countries. Man rules majority. But woman rules majority in the family... Even though blah blah, this book about marriage for the christian people, says the man should be, and whatnot...
11. You are given the power to kill people simply by thinking of their deaths and twice repeating the word "good-bye." People would die a natural death and no one would suspect you. Are there any situations in which you would use this power?*
-----No.
12. If you were able to live to the age of 90 and retain either the body of the mind of a 30-year-old for the last 60 years of your life, which would you want?Eh, with the state that my body is in now? Hell, I was told i'm going to die when i'm 25, and I aint going near no cars then.
-----
13. Would you constitute a "perfect" evening for you?
-----Mmm, being with my 'significant' other, just snuggling, watching anime, or playing xbox. That would be awesome :D. Then falling asleep on him on the couch or something, weeet.
14. Would you rather be extremely successful professionally and have a tolerable yet unexciting private life, or have an extremely happy private life and only a tolerable and uninspiring professional life?*
-----I'd rather have a happy personal life. Because rich successful people have boring lives outside of work... I don't want to become a workaholic or anything. I'd rather have a real-family...
15. Whom do you admire most? In what way does that person inspir you?
-----I admire my mother most, even if she wants always there; she was trying the damnest to provide for me and my brother. I understand now, the tribal natures of society, and the pressures or work, and how money rules over everyone.. If you don't have it, you're worthless pretty much...
16. If at birth you could select the profession your child would eventually pursue, would you do so?
-----
*Futher answering question 1-16...
*4. Which is more important: actual experiences, or the memories that remain when experiences are over?
-----Even though some people would rather forget the aftermath of a tramatic experience in their life with forgetting their memories, there is always something to be learned from them. And always a good story to tell. I mean, they are yours, something you don't share with anyone, and in that way, your memories are unique, however subtle, or crude they may be. That is something no one can take from you.
*9. If you were expelled from the country and had only limited financial resources, where would you try to rebuild your life?
-----Anywhere i could... I have friends in Canada, Japan, and England, and Australia. ^_^. So I have sources. Not finanicialy, but people that could help. and in return i'd help in any way i could.
*11. If you imagine yourself killing someone indirectly, could you still see doing so if you had to look into the person's eyes and stab the person to death? Have you ever genuinely wanted to kill someone, or wished someone dead?
-----No, only jokingly, but then who hasn't.
*14. Since so many places greatly emphasis on a happy private life, why do people often wind up putting more energy into their professional lives? If you feel your private life is more important to you, do your priorities support this? Are you simply unwilling to admit that worl is more important? Do you use work as a substitute? Do you hope professional success will somehow magically lead to personal happiness?
-----Because they want to be financially sound, I think... Some people want to be remembered as someone great, a leader of some sort, & others want to live-up to their familes expectations.
