on the nature of Nature
Let me just say that I have no quarrel with you Joe, and you know that. I know we haven't been as close since the Halloween thing, but i needed time to trust you again and you needed time to find yourself. As of recent events, as you should know because we talked, that I am not involved in all the conflict between you and anne or whatever happened when i was away. I am kinda put in the middle as I am friends with you and cathy, and that plans as far as magick were set, and now have changed, and blaaah confusion. It's hard to have everyone in one group when everyone keeps fighting. Magick has turned into politics somehow. Who's training what and who trusts who and what not and i'm put in the middle simply because i wanted to form a group, i have the most experiance, so that kinda gives me the responsibility and "lead" position i guess to make this all work. But it's NOT suppose to be politics. It's suppose to be faith. It's suppose to be about becomming more at one with the elements, being closer to nature. It's not about what you can do or who trusts/dislikes you but everyone's own personal path in finding Mother Earth. People come together to help eachother,i teach people because i know what it's like trying to learn this stuff on ur own and i wish that someone would have taught me. So i teach and help those who want it. I wanted to form a group simply to have people to talk about experiances in magick, talk about what works and what doesnt, news, progressivism. To have somewhere where people can relate but NOT affect your personal path and interaction with Nature. Somehow that has gotten turned around into who's got more power, and who trusts and who's conspiring against who. I have had entire groups of 12 people just up and quit before, and that has NEVER affected my personal spiritual path. I just sigh and hope i find someone who has the faith in Nature that i do, so i can help and relate. You do what you're suppose to do, you honor holidays, you respect Nature, you use the Elements to cause positive changes in your environment, and you are taken care of by Nature. Yes, you can intteract with others on similar paths to you, but that isn't what this is all about. It's a LIFESTYLE, no a social commentary. I just wish for everyone to think upon that before they decide if magick is right for them. If you like working with energy, socializing, experimenting with other's energy, who actually IS more powerful, then magick is probably not for you.
