The same could be said of the Fae. Somehow, some Victorian idiots got it into their heads that we are these little diminutive creatures with gossamer wings as if we are some sort of benevolent humanesque butterflies that grant wishes. Makes me rather want to show them our true nature - which I am sure will not please most.
