Hey guys, I just got back from the training seminar. It was...unexpectedly long, but I have to say it was a great. Maybe I'll go again next year...

I tried to get in touch with you guys about the extended amount of time but there was no reception up there. That being said, anything I miss?

...So I did. It feels like it's been ages since I've held a textbook though so for some reason it doesn't feel like a loss.

We caught Jin in January...but he was somehow released.

At the beginning of the month, Toraware and Rivers were caught breaking into a school in Sumaru city. Toraware's currently admitted in a mental institution for violent behaviors and extreme paranoia.

Just recently, an idol...somehow managed to cause mass-apathy syndrome at his concert. You haven't heard about it?

Toraware and Rivers...Ah, those two. But Toraware...The last time I saw him, he seemed like a reasonable guy. Unless I read him wrong?

Based off what we've gathered thus far, only the shadows had that sort of capability. You don't think...Maybe the shadows are evolving? We've had our hands full as is with each passing Full Moon...

I'm...not sure myself. I only know that he did something and got Ikutsuki-san admitting him to the institution.

There's a possibility, but I honestly hope it isn't the case.
